Events , Past moments , Tragedy ,  pain  are various causes reflect the many bombarding thoughts in any moment attack this minion forces on your mind temple.

 The fact that you and I CAN think, reflect and so often regret the past, imagine and so often fear the future, even to be unconscious of our own capacity to be conscious is the biggest curse humans live with and so try to escape from almost continually.

I would Love To share My Quick Fixes And Defragmentation Process of  My Mind.
When i was In so much Stressed I found That i had  Worrying More About Future not the
 present or any Past  incident.

So I changed my Mind Thought with Some Foolish Thoughts like.
What if i don't have any Job since 3 Months. i said My self  Don't Worry  You Are assigned on special Project Of discover Your Self  and do What You Like Every Thing is Changing and change is eternal truth. And I enjoyed Every Moment Even Naysayers And The Negative Peoples around me are  suddenly Changed  within my perspective. Now Enjoyed Every Struggle like Rollercoaster Ride.
To Got This Vital attitude I was  practised Since 2014 - 2015 almost  one year.

Second Thing I most Like About This tremendous Habit is  morphing YOur Thoughts  makes You 
more Vital and effort maker in Your Journey. Don't' Think So much and Just DO  it Attitude Will sky Rocket Your Ability To gain more Do More and give More.

And One thing i love To do is  Enjoy nature And walking Around Nature and observe small birds sounds, beauty of flowers ,,,


Devote much time to family and friends and enjoy those relationships

 Are comfortable expressing gratitude for all they have

 Are often first to offer a helping hand to others

 Practice optimism when imagining their futures

 Save our life’s pleasures and live in the present

 Exercise regularly (Even Small Walk Every Day)

 Are deeply committed to lifelong goals/activities

 Feel alive, vital, and energetic

 Have a sense of flow, openness

 Feel love and compassion for self & other

Have passion about life and Purpose Are at peace with life
